WHAT ARE THE AVAILABLE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We accept Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, Wallet,

UPI - GooglePay, PayTm and PhonePe

Please select Razorpay - our payment gateway at checkout for all of the above mentioned payment options.

We do no offer Cash on Delivery as a payment method any longer.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We don’t offer any returns or exchanges unless a product is damaged. All products are thoroughly checked before packing them with love for you but we might overlook a fault at times.


If you find that your item is faulty upon receiving it, please contact customer support at shopweekendlane@gmail.com or DM us @shopweekendlane on Instagram with clear photo or video proof within 3 days of delivery. 

DO YOU OFFER CASH ON DELIVERY? 

Cash on Delivery is no longer available as a payment method.

We unfortunately had to remove it as a payment method after numerous refusals to collect the shipment at the time of delivery.

DO YOU DO GIFT WRAPPING AND CAN YOU ADD A NOTE OR MESSAGE?

Every order placed at Weekend Lane will arrive in our signature aesthetic packaging. If you require additional gift wrapping, please check our Gift Packaging options. Charges apply.

If you wish to leave a gift message, simply leave a note at checkout or contact us via Instagram DM or at shopweekendlane@gmail.com. We’ll add a gift message for you without any extra charge! 

Our additional gift wrapping includes gift wrapping papers, gift boxes and extra glam packaging. 

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING OPTIONS?

We ship all over India & have a standard shipping charge of ₹75 on all orders on the total bill amount. We also offer express shipping as a delivery method at a charge of ₹125 on the total bill amount for anyone looking for a quicker processing & delivery time.

We provide tracked delivery for every order and ship our packages via BlueDart, Delhivery, Fedex, Xpressbees, Amazon Shipping or India Speed Post.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes! We do ship internationally. Please get in touch with us @shopweekendlane on Instagram or via email at shopweekendlane@gmail.com for the available payment methods and shipping charges.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY SHIPMENT TO ARRIVE? 

At Weekend Lane, we spend extra time packing all your orders with love. Processing time is usually 1-3 business days. Estimated delivery time after dispatch is 2-6 days depending on your location. 
Processing orders can take slightly longer than usual during new launches, sales and festive seasons. 

CAN I UPDATE MY ADDRESS / WHAT IF I PUT IN A WRONG ADDRESS?

If you provided an incorrect address while placing the order, please contact our Customer Support immediately via email shopweekendlane@gmail.com with your #WL order number.

If your order hasn't been shipped yet, we will do our best to update it with the correct address. However, if your order has already shipped, we are not responsible and will charge a resend fee.

Please double check your shipping and billing address before placing an order. 

CAN I EDIT MY ORDER ONCE PLACED?

Unfortunately, we cannot change or cancel orders once they have been placed. We apologise for the incovenience. Please double check your order before placing it to avoid any issues.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You will also receive regular tracking updates from our shipping partners via text and email.

WILL MY JEWELLERY TARNISH/FADE?

We can assure you that our products are of the best quality, no doubt. However, the shine and colour totally depends on your use. With proper love and care, your Weekend Lane will remain tarnish free and last you for the longest time. We recommend keeping the jewellery away from water, perfume, any wet liquids and storing them in the plastic pouches provided with your order. The colour remains as good as new!

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY JEWELLERY?

Almost all jewellery other than gold filled and stainless steel jewellery tarnish at some point. At Weekend Lane, we only bring in the best quality materials and have never received any complaints of our products tarnishing or losing colour.

- We advice keeping your jewellery away from water, fragrances, wet liquids

- Remove your jewellery when showering, exercising, swimming. 

- We recommend cleaning your jewellery gently with a soft, microfibre cloth.  Do not use any jewellery cleaners or harsh chemicals.

- Store your jewellery pieces in zip locks, a secure pouch or box out of direct sunlight and heat.

- Keep your jewellery pieces away from perfume, cosmetics and body & hair sprays which can easily affect the plating. Wipe away any residue with a dry microfibre cloth if your jewellery does come into contact.

HOW CAN I FIND MY RING SIZE?

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP MY CASE ORDER? 

We practise mindful consumption at Weekend Lane which means our cases are made to order (on demand). We only produce what we sell to reduce unnecessary waste and to play our part in protecting the environment. Please allow 3-5 working days for production as we get the cases ready in batches. Your patience is highly appreciated. 

WHAT ARE YOUR CASES MADE OF? 

Our collection includes hard cover cases and glass cases of the best quality! The hard cover cases are hard matte finish plastic/polycarbonate cases with our prints embedded into the layers. We’ve also got you covered with our glass cases. The glass cases give a glossy finish and are made with tempered glass. The sides are rounded off with an anti-slip grip to provide a better hold. 

WILL MY GLASS CASE BREAK ON FALLING? 

Our glass cases are of superior quality and made with tempered glass. They are designed to offer super protection and are pretty tough themselves! The glass can withstand your everyday knocks and drops. But at the end of the day, it’s glass nevertheless and might slightly crack if fallen from an extremely high surface, with super force or on a hard or sharp object / surface. Under such circumstances, we aren't liable to offer a replacement or refund.
